TALLINN — Mart Pärn, a 32-year-old web developer, has officially set a record for the longest time trying to fix a ‘404 Not Found’ error on his personal website. After a marathon session of over eight hours, he discovered the source of the error was simply the cached entry of his ex-girlfriend’s phone number.

”I thought I could fix it with a little e-Estonia magic,” he said, sipping a pint of Põhjala. “But turns out nothing can fix a broken heart or bad HTML coding.” Mart’s attempts to rescue the situation included inputting random URLs like “sips of kohv” and “sauna etiquette.” Nothing worked.

“Every time I clicked ‘submit,’ I was reminded of all the missed calls,” he lamented.

Vali, Mart’s closest friend, noted, “He could have just asked her to send the number again. Instead, he made it a life quest. I mean, the guy has a PhD in ‘How to Overthink Everything’ from the University of Tartu.”

Despite the emotional toll, Mart insists on trying some retro methods to mend his broken site. He’s now considering sending a certified letter to www.imwrong.com, hoping they’ll help restore his shattered digital life. Meanwhile, he plans to continue ignoring his text message notifications.

”At press time, Mart reported he had also lost access to his email, where he sends sweet ‘sauna night’ invites to his friends, asking for support in fixing his broken heart,” said Vali.
